A. Porat Golden Properties was established in 1975 by Dr. Avigdor Porat, a licensed civil engineer and real estate appraiser with over 30 years of experience. As the company provides both building inspection and real estate appraisal services under one roof, it is able to evaluate non-repairable damage such as devaluation of property. The company also provides expert testimony in court and offers a free bonus service - preliminary earthquake resistance evaluation.
